The Dialogic Approach

Respect: The Cornerstone of Dialogue

Listen Later

Jot this down. I had a moment while writing this.

Respect while listening is the cornerstone of dialogue. You are probably asking yourself how I respect others without sounding demanding.

As women, we don't realize that we often make demands when we speak: " Go do this, or that, pick up this or that."

Does that sound familiar?

I know this happens, and often, I catch myself when it is too late:)

Where do you fall short?
