It’s ok to fail in CrossFit! Plain and simple. So long as you learn something about yourself in the process, it's a win. Don’t look at it as a ‘loss’, look at it as a ‘learning’ opportunity.
Don’t get caught up if someone has a 10 pound PR and you had 5. Don’t get caught up if you only had a 1 pound PR. Gains are gains so respect them.
