Author and speaker, founder of The Center of RespectfulLeadership.org, Gregg Ward discusses his experience and personal growth after the tragedy in High School. We can use our painful experiences to channel good in the world. Gregg recently spoke at the San Diego TEDX Talk, which can be found here. In this discussion, we talk about leaving a legacy for the person who passed away in our experiences.
