Personal Responsibility plays a major role in our success and failure in life. Sure, it might be easier to blame outside forces for things that don't work out for you, but ultimately, we are responsible for our lives. Bad decisions have consequences. We hear the term #BackTheBlue and most people know what you mean. They understand that we appreciate the men and women that go out every day to put their lives in danger for us. There are a few that misunderstand, however. Let's talk about what the term means to me and some misconceptions around it.
