Rest and recharge are important for achieving more in life. They are part of the habits of highly successful people. If you think that you should always work hard without taking enough rest, sooner or later you'd regret that.

Rest ad recharge are critical for your health and well-being in life.

Rest

Take short 15-minute breaks between tasks
Sleep 6 to 8 hrs every night
Take weekly breaks: at least one full day
Take vacations: 2 to 4 weeks each year
Remember to balance physical rest with emotional, mental, and spiritual rest

Recharge

Have daily routines: 30 mins to 1 hour every day (stretch, smile/music, meditation, silence, reading)
Place your hand on your solar plexus and recharge
Have fun daily for emotional well being
Walk in nature
Meditate routinely: Best to do it morning
Try silence practice
Use affirmations
