Rob O'Donnell pays tribute to former Scranton Mayor Dave Wenzel who passed away on Wednesday, the same day the University of Scranton honored him. O'Donnell highlights Wenzel's service during the Vietnam War where he stepped on a landmine losing both legs and an arm before becoming the 27th Mayor of Scranton.
