In this episode, I talk about trying to use some of your vacation time (or at the very least, 1 full day of your weekend) as a time to rest and recharge. You can watch Netflix all day or go for walks or go to bed early or whatever helps you feel rested, but rather than using vacation time to just "do all the things," or "see all the places," try to use it for rest.
