Dr Becca Salmon is a former NHS doctor who stepped back from medicine due to burnout and has since found new strength in her fitness journey.  Sophie and Becca talk about the challenges of being a healthcare worker and the impact on shifts, emotions and diet on sleep.  They find strategies to become more resilient and find a place of calm when sleep is put to the extreme test.  Becca also reflects on how she aims to support other healthcare workers on a journey of rediscovery and how sleep is a huge part of that.
