What does Sukkot reveal about God’s shelter, His provision, our joy and His desire to dwell with His people?
In this teaching, we walk through the biblical meaning of the Feast of Tabernacles, how God cared for Israel in the wilderness, why Sukkot is a season of rejoicing, and how the feast points us to Yeshua. We also explore the living water Jesus offers, the completed work of atonement, and the promise that one day God will fully dwell with His people. Rest_Yourself_Family_Ministries…
Sukkot reminds us that our security is not found in comfort or circumstances, but in God Himself as our refuge and shelter. It invites us to practice gratitude, recognize His provision, rejoice intentionally and remember that the harvest already in our hands is worth celebrating.
What does Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, mean for followers of Jesus?
In this teaching, we walk through the biblical foundation of Yom Kippur and the invitation to humble ourselves before God, practice teshuvah - repentance and return - and allow the Holy Spirit to reveal what needs to be confessed, healed, released or restored.
We also look at the High Priest and the Holy of Holies, the completed atoning work of Yeshua, the difference between conviction and condemnation, and what it means to move beyond regret into genuine reconciliation and a changed way of walking.
Yom Kippur is solemn, but it is not hopeless. For believers, it becomes both a remembrance of what Messiah has already accomplished and an invitation to return to the Father with honesty, humility and hope.
What does Rosh Hashanah, or Yom Teruah, mean for us as believers today?
In this special Feast of Trumpets teaching, we look at the biblical call to remember, repent, return and awaken to what God is doing in our lives. Through the sound of the shofar, Scripture reminds us to bring God’s past faithfulness into the present, allowing it to shape our trust, obedience and faith today.
We also explore the prophetic significance of Yom Teruah, the call to teshuvah, or return, and how the fall feasts point us toward Jesus, His redemptive work and His promised return.
We remember so that we will trust. We remember so that we will obey. And we remember so that God’s past faithfulness becomes present faith.
As we prepare our hearts for Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot, this teaching walks through Deuteronomy 26:1–11 and explores the biblical connection between inheritance, possession, dwelling, firstfruits, and worship.
God gives the inheritance, but we are called to take hold of what He has given and learn to live in it. As we abide in Jesus, the fruit produced in our lives becomes visible evidence of His work in us. Peace, forgiveness, endurance, gentleness, love, and a transformed response are not what earn our inheritance; they are the fruit of belonging to Him.
This lesson also looks at the significance of firstfruits, intentional remembrance, and bringing the evidence of God’s faithfulness back into His presence through thanksgiving and worship. The question is not only, “What has God given me?” but also, “What is His grace producing in the ground of my life?”
Jaye explores Exodus and the journey from slavery to freedom, showing how God renews our perception through remembrance, the plagues, and the Passover. He invites listeners to shift from breathless survival to childlike faith and to embrace the freedom Jesus fulfills.
