Restorative Yoga: A Restful Night's Sleep

This restorative yoga practice is a great addition to your evening routine. All of the postures are meant to help calm your mind, rest your body and prepare for sleep.

You'll want a prop such as a yoga block, bolster, blankets, or a couple of pillows throughout class.
