This restorative yoga practice is very beginner-friendly and incorporates all reclined (on your back) yoga postures. The restorative yoga practice is a perfect addition to power yoga and other higher-intensity exercises. It allows the mind and body a chance to rest, release tension, and most importantly, restore.

Start your day right with a morning yoga practice! This simple and quick 20-Minute practice includes traditional Sun Salutations, Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Wide-leg standing forward fold, and a few chest/heart openers.
