In this episode, Yolonda Coles Jones, aka The Calm and Thrive Coach, shares her experience with finding herself in a space where sustained adverse reactions to stress had gotten the best of her, how neglected care measures led to her having what she calls "energetic/spiritual B.O.," how that impacted her family and the steps she took to make amends. 

Yolonda's discussing what it looked and sounded like to begin the day with apologies, exactly what she said in those apologies and how that impacted her spouse and children.

She gets into taking responsibility for what is yours by way of discussing how she walked through her own reflections and paired that with hearing directly from the teenager, 2 preteens and 2 8-year-olds in her care as well as from her husband.

She offers talking prompts for offering a sincere apology so that you can take steps towards restoring and maintaining healthy connection within the meaningful relationships in your life.
