James 5 says that if anyone is sick, they should call the elders to pray over them and anoint them with oil. Most of us believe God can heal. Almost none of us are making that call.

In this follow up to week three of the I Gotchu series, we dig into the passage most churches quietly skip. Three ways the church has handled it, what the oil actually meant, whether verse 15 promises healing, and how the practice drifted across church history.
