Welcome to another RESTORE Health Talk.  I'm Ann Hackman, a Metabolism Health Coach dedicated to helping women become the healthiest version of themselves through my 12-week health coaching program, RESTORE.

Today, we're diving into an important topic: bone health. I recently had a DEXA scan and found out I have osteopenia. It was a wake-up call for me, and I knew I needed expert advice. That's why I turned to Dr. Stefania Tiveron.
