Our vision is to see cities transformed by equipping people to know Christ, experience community, and influence culture.

I Dream of a Church. I dream of a church that inspires community. A place where people do not stand alone but are united by the common ground of the cross of Christ. I dream of a community of Christ followerswho experience life transformed by Christ and committed to loving God and loving each other. I dream of a church where every person discovers their purpose in life. I dream of people owning their personal growth and aggressively growing to their full, God-given capacity, so that their God-given purpose may be fully realized. I dream of a church that plants seeds on fertile ground and reap a harvest beyond the wildest dreams of the planter and the one being harvested. I dream of a church that influences culture. I dream of people leveraging their life purpose to assume leadership in the community, their career, the church, and in God-ordained causes to redeem that which is broken. I dream of young leaders and established leaders shaping society with the Gospel and redeeming business, media, arts, and education, to their God-intended design. I dream of a church that plays offense and innovates solutions to the problems of our world. I dream of a church that changes cities.

He went on from there and dug yet another well…he named it Rehoboth (Wide-Open Spaces), saying, “Now God has given us plenty of space to spread out in the land.” From there he went up to Beersheba. That very night God appeared to him and said, I am the God of Abraham your father; don’t fear a thing because I’m with you. I’ll bless you and make your children flourish because of Abraham my servant. Isaac built an altar there and prayed, calling on God by name. He pitched his tent and his servants started digging another well.
—Genesis 26:22-25, MSG

“Don’t be afraid to be out of the box, to throw the old box away and create something new. That is what the Lord does. He is creative, innovative in his very being. When you feel like I should do it this way or that way because this is how it is always done, don’t be afraid to set that aside and do it your way. God is in the business of being fresh, new, creative. He delights in creativity. Be bold, be new, be fresh. Take risks and fail! God took a risk on man and knew it would fail and did it anyway. He knew [his] plan with Christ from the beginning. Be bold, be courageous, be creative!”
He burned down the Temple of the Lord, the royal palace, and all the houses of Jerusalem. He destroyed all the important buildings in the city. 10 Then he supervised the entire Babylonian army as they tore down the walls of Jerusalem on every side. 11 Then Nebuzaradan, the captain of the guard, took as exiles the rest of the people who remained in the city, the defectors who had declared their allegiance to the king of Babylon, and the rest of the population. 12 But the captain of the guard allowed some of the poorest people to stay behind to care for the vineyards and fields.
—2 Kings 25:9-12

This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, the God of Israel, says to all the captives he has exiled to Babylon from Jerusalem: 5 “Build homes, and plan to stay. Plant gardens, and eat the food they produce. 6 Marry and have children. Then find spouses for them so that you may have many grandchildren. Multiply! Do not dwindle away!”
—Jeremiah 29:4-6 (NLT)

And work for the peace and prosperity of the city where I sent you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, for its welfare will determine your welfare.”
—Jeremiah 29:7 (NLT)
