Your Resume/CV need to answer questions. The questions the employer wants answered...ie: do you have the required skills, abilities and attributes to fill the role?

A great way to answer those questions is to share links to content where you have previously proved your knowledge.

Maybe it's an article you contributed to. Maybe one of your own previous blog post. Or a podcast you were a guest on.

And when you share that link, make sure it's trackable.

That way, you will know for sure if your link has been viewed.

At least then you will know that your application has been seen.
