The Resurrection of Jesus Christ is one of the most controversial events in history, and some claim it never even happened. Join us as we take a look at the five theories that try to explain it away. They are: 

The Legend Theory - Jesus was just a legend, so the resurrection never happened.

The Wrong Tomb Theory - Some believe that the disciples went to the wrong tomb, which was empty, and it caused them to believe that Jesus had been raised from the dead.

The Hallucination Theory - This theory states that the disciples and all who saw Jesus after he had been resurrected just hallucinated it.

The Swoon/Resuscitation Theory - Jesus never even died, states this theory! He simply passed out and was resuscitated enough on the third day to convince the disciples and anyone who saw him that he came back from the dead.

The Conspiracy Theory - The most deceptive of all, this theory states that the disciples stole Jesus' body and then fabricated his resurrection.
