Because of our union with Him, we share in the same resurrection reality. As Paul says in Romans 6:5, "For if we have been united with him (Christ) in a death like his we will also be united with him in a resurrection like his." And what's more, this resurrection power is not only a future reality that we will experience on the final day, but it is also a present reality at work in believers in the present.
