Thando Jacobs is a Business Analyst (BA) and Co-Founder of Skilled Funds, a personal finance education company. He's worked in retail banking for many years but noticing the impacts of digital transformation, he made the shift to go into IT. As a BA he works on various IT projects that aim to solve business problems, improve business processes, and deliver value according to customer's needs and demands.
