IKEA Buys Nike Flagship in SoHo for $213 Million
In a bold move, IKEA has acquired the six-story building at 529 Broadway-home to Nike's SoHo flagship-for $213 million. The company plans to convert the first two floors into a new IKEA storefront (approx. 25,000 sq ft) while renovating the upper levels into office space for lease. 2322 m2
