The fragmentation of World of Warcraft across multiple versions and hundreds of servers creates an illusion that the game is dying, despite a healthy player base estimated at 3-6 million players.

• Weekly world bosses include Shirai in Hallowfall and the Gobfather in the Undermine's Cage of Carnage
• Battlegrounds and Pet Battles are this week's bonus events with increased honor and XP
• The weekly brawl is Cooking Impossible, requiring 30 ingredients
• Mythic affixes are Ascended and Tyrannical for increased boss difficulty
• Retail WoW offers more engaging PvP compared to Classic's "rock-paper-scissors" system
• Classic WoW's slow pace can be boring for players who prefer more stimulation
• The game isn't dead but feels emptier because players are spread across 200-300 different servers
• The Undermine zone captures goblin entrepreneurial culture but rates a "generous 6/10"
• The new drive system is interesting but may need adjustments for older zones
• Story mode for raids is an excellent addition for players who don't raid regularly
