According to Shopify Magic, it can provide answers to merchants’ customers tailored to their conversation histories and store policies, and generate blog posts, product descriptions and marketing email content. And, via a new chatbot-like AI tool called Sidekick, Shopify can understand and interpret questions or prompts related to business decision-making.
