As we witness these things, there is a feeling that wells up. “I want to escape.”The Story of Heaven has been used this way. Earth is a bad place but one day we will get to go to the good place… just hold on. But what if just living for a one-day experience is causing you to be spiritually anemic? That faith has become boring because you reduce it down to fire insurance. Is this really what heaven is all about? Does Jesus hold this view of heaven?
