Mark’s Worst Investment

Mark’s worst investment was made in Pennsylvania in 2005 right before the Recession. He closed the deal in 2006 including the liens attached to the lots. He learned that overconfidence can get you in too much trouble than you bargained for.

Mark’s Best Investment

Mark bought a massive property in Nevada and subdivided it into parcels. He sold it in over 4-5 years landing him a multimillion dollar return. Research is a tool you should utilize in making money.

Mark’s Most important investing lesson

Humility -- we don’t know everything about anything. Don’t parade your success around. Be open minded that change can come anytime. Don’t drink your own Kool-Aid.
