Chairperson of the Nkabinde Inquiry, retired Justice Bess Nkabinde, has criticised National Director of Public Prosecutions, Advocate Shamila Batohi for disrespecting the inquiry. This after Batohi refused to return to the proceedings after a lunch break, saying she needed to consult legal counsel before continuing her testimony.
