A retired North Texas ICE agent is calling for the increased attacks on Immigration and Customs Agents in the field to stop. Victor Avila from Southlake has seen the dangers of the Mexican cartels up close. He was shot and his partner was killed during an ambush by the Los Zetas cartel while on assignment in Mexico.
