Judge Flanders has an incredible record of public service to Rhode Islanders. He is opposed to the recent Climate act that will empower unaccountable bureaucrats to impose  significant costs on all Rhode islanders who can least afford to pay them. He also feels there be some constitutional issues with the bill as well.
