What's up everyone it's Captain Kyle Smith and this week I sat down for a Morning Meeting with SDFD FF/PM Abe Hunt. Abe sits on some important retirement boards and he shares his strategy for making sure his retirement is one that he wants. He’s getting there through hard work, discipline and a clear plan.

One of the things that has changed for Abe is the willingness to change itself. His mindset shifted after reading a few key books and turned him from a spender into an investor. Understanding where your vulnerabilities are is crucial when you’re trying to make progress down the path towards financial independence.
