We have great theologians who have looked at these 7 churches found in Revelation Chapters 1-3; that we call the last 7 churches in Revelation and they have explained them in detail, in sermons and in books and you name it. I chose because podcasts are so small when it come to literary works, I chose to just pick the items that God said the churches needed to fix. I think that would be more effective for our churches today, if we would allow God to help us fix what's wrong and don't fret over what's right. Don't spin our Wheels trying to tell another church how to live before God let the Holy Spirit do that as he did with the 7 churches of Paul's day. God's Church could grow through leaps and bounds!
Listen, for those of us who are already in God's Church that tells me we did something right, you agree? So from the council of the Holy Spirit let's fix that which is wrong. The Holy Spirit spoke to the 7 churches in Revelation: Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea; he spoke to them, admonishing them to hold fast to the good, and only required them fix where they have backslid. You see the Holy Spirit is the right one to tell us where we need to return, or turn and do the right thing; because he is our teacher, the Spirit of Truth and as he admonishes us to do the right things, let us focus wholly on doing just that, the right things!
