With hands resting on the thighs and palms facing the Earth, this practice grounds you in simplicity, rhythm, and surrender. You’ll be guided to harmonize the nervous system, unload thought patterns, and let go of the effort to maintain identity—making space for the deeper presence within.

This meditation is not about striving for silence, but about surrendering to it—welcoming stillness as a balm, and the divine within as the source of healing and remembrance.
