In this meditation, we come back to the basic practice of mindfulness. We focus on allowing oursevles to let go of the mind chatter but we use no force. Simply watching and allowing our mind to come to stillness. Slightly increasing the silence between the thoughts every time we come back to presence. In this meditation, there will be slightly more silent pauses than usual meditations on the channel.
Feel free to sit or lay down, keeping a straight back if possible.
