This week’s scripture passage is another one of my favorites. It’s about the time Jesus asked Simon Peter if he loved him. “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” How would we answer that question? It really is what Jesus wants to know. Do we love him? Simon Peter answered as I think most of us would answer. He said, “Of course, I do.” Jesus’ response to Simon Peter was interesting. I think his response to us would be interesting as well and life-changing. Our scripture is John 21:15-19.
