Over the years, they’ve navigated the ups and downs of life as partners, parents, and pillars of their community. They’ve raised two children, built a life in Chicago, and have had a profound impact on both culture and the Black church as a couple.

In this conversation, they reflect on what it really takes to sustain a marriage, not just the beautiful moments, but the grief, the growth, and the work that happens behind the scenes.
