What is the most unpopular aspect of God? Christians and non Christians alike have an innate desire for justice. We long for evil to be punished and good rewarded. But strangely both groups seem to baulk at the idea of personal judgement. Most of us have a general desire and almost expectation for mercy and leniency when we have done wrong. We somehow see ourselves as not quite as bad as the next person. So if God is God is it right and fair that we expect Him to execute justice on others but not on ourselves? The Rev. Ian Powell discusses how the God of justice is also the God who judges everyone rightly.
