Last month, the province received the final report of it's Special Advisor on Recycling and plastic waste. It offered several recommendations aimed at an overhaul, that puts producers in charge of managing blue-box waste. The Agenda welcomes Jeff Yurek, Ontario's minister of the environment, conservation and parks to discuss this and other plans for the future of the province's recycling practices.
