Freedom is something every believer desires… but many are still living bound.
In this powerful episode, Dr. Stephanie Carter unpacks the deep connection between truth and freedom, revealing why so many Christians remain stuck—not because they don’t love God, but because they struggle to receive the truth that would actually set them free.
Using a vivid analogy of a bound person who cannot free themselves, this episode exposes a key spiritual reality:
👉 Freedom is not found in trying harder—it is found in receiving truth.
If you’ve been praying, fasting, and still feeling stuck in cycles of pain, confusion, or emotional bondage, this episode will challenge your perspective and invite you into real, lasting freedom.
The Bible
John 8:32 (NKJV)
“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
Why many believers remain bound despite loving God
The difference between wanting freedom and receiving truth
How truth—not effort—is the key to transformation
The danger of only accepting “comfortable truth”
Why truth can feel painful—but is necessary for healing
How your capacity for truth determines your level of freedom
Practical steps to begin walking in real freedom today
Dr. Carter shares a powerful revelation:
A person tied to a chair cannot free themselves.
They must:
Call out for help
Allow someone else to untie them
Stop resisting the one trying to free them
In the same way, many believers are spiritually bound—not because they don’t want freedom, but because they resist the truth that would release them.
You feel defensive when corrected
You avoid conviction or hard conversations
You only accept truth that feels good
You blame others instead of self-reflecting
You remain stuck in the same cycles
Many people don’t reject truth outright…
They simply accept partial truth—the parts that feel good—and reject the parts that require change.
But partial truth leads to partial freedom.
👉 You are only as free as the truth you are willing to receive.
Catch this episode on your favorite podcast platform and share it with someone who’s ready to walk in true freedom.
Am I truly seeking truth—or just comfort?
Where in my life am I resisting correction?
What truth have I avoided that God is asking me to face?
What would change if I fully embraced truth today?

You can love God deeply and still feel completely exhausted.
In this episode of Reveal, we talk about spiritual weariness — what it means to have strong faith but a tired soul. If you’ve been faithful for a long time but feel emotionally drained, this conversation will remind you that exhaustion is not failure — and rest is not weakness.
There is a quiet tension many believers carry but rarely admit: loving God wholeheartedly while feeling deeply worn out.
In this episode of Reveal, we explore the reality of spiritual exhaustion — the kind that comes not from rebellion, but from long-term faithfulness. You’ve prayed. You’ve obeyed. You’ve shown up. You’ve carried others. And somewhere along the way, your faith remained strong, but your soul became tired.
We discuss:
Why loving God does not make you immune to weariness
The difference between spiritual strength and emotional capacity
Why burnout can happen even when you’re walking in God’s will
Jesus’ invitation to the weary — not just the sinner
How rest becomes an act of trust, not failure
This episode offers biblical encouragement, permission to pause, and reassurance that God sees your faithfulness — even when you feel depleted.
(All verses were read in full during the episode.)
Galatians 6:9
Isaiah 40:29
Matthew 26:41
Psalm 23:3
1 Kings 19:4–6
Matthew 11:28–30
Psalm 62:5–6
Hebrews 6:10
Loving God deeply does not eliminate human limits.
Your spirit can be willing while your soul feels depleted.
Rest is not quitting — it is trusting.
God does not rebuke the weary; He restores them.
Faithfulness over time requires renewal
Questions to ponder--
Where in my life do I feel emotionally or spiritually exhausted right now?
Am I confusing soul fatigue with spiritual weakness?
What burdens am I carrying that Jesus never asked me to carry?
When was the last time I allowed myself to rest without guilt?
What would it look like to trust God enough to pause?

In this episode of Reveal, we explore the quiet grief many believers carry but rarely name—the grief of what never happened, what changed, and who we had to become. This conversation offers validation, biblical truth, and hope for women navigating unseen sorrow.
In This Episode:
Grieving hopes and dreams that never came to pass
Mourning relationships, seasons, or faith that changed
Understanding the grief of outgrowing an old version of yourself
Why grief is not a lack of faith
How God redeems sorrow and uses it for transformation
Scriptures:
Proverbs 13:12
Psalm 34:18
Ecclesiastes 3:1, 4
John 11:35
John 12:24
Isaiah 43:18–19
Psalm 56:8

God does not waste grief. What feels like loss may be preparation for something new.
🎧 If this episode spoke to you, consider sharing it with someone who may be quietly grieving.

In this episode we talk about the analogy of having the best cake of your life and how that relates to a relationship with a man and the cherry on top. We as woman love hard but sometimes we trade Jesus for something else. You will see here that having Jesus is better than anything imaginable and that the cherry on top is not what you think if you have it or not.
This was a story Dr. Carter shared with her mentor group of women and it really resonated with them. So she is sharing this with you. Listen and enjoy.

In this final episode of the Anchoring Hope series, we talk about how hope is restored — not forced.
If you’ve been trying to make yourself feel hopeful and finding it exhausting or discouraging, this episode is for you.
Scripture describes hope as an anchor for the soul — something that holds us steady even when storms don’t stop. In this conversation, we explore how God gently rebuilds hope through honesty, endurance, re-anchoring our hearts in His character, and allowing healing to happen in safe connection.
This episode is an invitation to stop striving and let God restore what pain has loosened.
Hebrews 6:19
Romans 5:3–5
Romans 12:12
Romans 15:13
Lamentations 3:21–24
1 Peter 3:15
Why hope is an anchor, not a feeling
Why forcing hope often leads to burnout
The difference between emotional hope and anchored hope
Five ways God restores hope:
Acknowledging pain honestly
Identifying misplaced hope
Re-anchoring in God’s character
Allowing hope to mature through endurance
Reconnecting to safe people and community
What restored hope often looks like in everyday life
Where have I been trying to force hope instead of letting God restore it?
What has my hope been attached to that may need to be released?
What does it look like for my hope to be anchored in God rather than outcomes?
What is one small way hope may already be returning quietly?
Hope does not promise ease, speed, or certainty.
Hope promises presence, steadiness, and eternity.
Sometimes hope doesn’t feel like excitement.
Sometimes it looks like willingness, breath, and staying.
That still counts.
