Today, Abbie explores CMM's Serpentine Model, including what it means to be in conversation with others, to be in collaboration with others, and to create patterns (wanted or unwanted) with others. Abbie discusses an example of using the Serpentine Model. Dr. Barbara McKay shares some thoughts on the Serpentine Model. Finally, Abbie offers two ways to put the Serpentine Model to use in our own lives, both as a tool for reflection after a conversation has happened and also as a tool to be used in the moment while a conversation is happening.
