More than half the country woke up shocked in November when Donald Trump won the election. How could this have happened? Shadow, unconscious forces deeper that rational analysis, acted collectively on enough Americans to create a choice that will probably be most disastrous to those who voted for the president elect.

Dr. Keith Witt, author of Shadow Light: Illuminations at the Edge of Darkness, will explore with Patricia how all of us are individually and collectively influenced by constructive and destructive Shadow material constantly being generated by our adaptive unconscious selves. To the extent we are not aware of these influences, we are vulnerable to turning away from constructive and indulging destructive Shadow impulses and beliefs.

Along those lines, to many shocked by the election and subsequent events, Shadow material has been activated, often generating anger, fear, depression , and confusion.
