Revelation 11 shows God is still completely in control even when the world looks chaotic: He measures what belongs to Him, limits evil to a set window of time, and empowers His two witnesses to speak with His authority for 1,260 days. When their mission is finished, the beast kills them and the world celebrates, but God reverses it publicly—He raises them, calls them up to heaven, and shakes the city with judgment that causes some to finally fear God and give Him glory.
