Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Lamb of God sacrificed for my sin on the cross. I admit that I am a sinner and cannot save myself. I trust in you alone to save me and forgive me. I receive you as my Savior and Lord. I ask you to write my name in your book of life. Thank you for making me your child and for giving me eternal life. In Your Name I pray. Amen.
