In this episode of the Unveiling the Scriptures podcast, Steve and Jared discuss the church of Laodicea. The words of Jesus, through the writing of John, express disdain for what this church was practicing. Christ’s picture is one of vomiting out this congregation of believers as one would spoiled meat. He labels them “wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked.” However, as he did for the other churches, Jesus provides grace and the power to repent.
