John meets Jesus after being exiled by Caesar, and, abandoned by the Church. Can you imagine what that feels like? Can you relate? In this message, we see how John was comforted by what he hears, sees, feels, and receives from Christ. No matter how bleak things looked for the Church then (and now), Jesus has not abandoned her, nor will He ever.
