Of all the books in the Bible, Revelation is quite unique in the way that it reveals things.  John told us himself that this is a book of signs.  But these signs often convey not just the future events of prophecy, but the basic items of the faith as well. Among the basic and fundamental signs it gives us, is to show God to us in His Trinity.
