Revelation 1:4-5 “Not About Us” finish discussing Revelation verse 4 and offer more insight on God’s throne. A distinction is made between the throne and the footstool and an idea is brought to light of what that might mean for our relationship with God. Also, Brad hints to more information about the throne coming in a later conversation about God’s throne room. Continuing to verse 5 Brad shares his hope to paint a picture of the Jesus who is a faithful believer in God. Also discussed is how Jesus is the first-born of the dead and how that means even more than “Not About Us” had considered before. Finally, “Not About Us” shares a reminder of the Jesus who loves us so much that He continually works to wash away our sin.
