This is a fun Mental exercise that I like doing, and surprisingly it works better than I expected.
With Reverse Murphy’s Law I consider what I don’t want to happen, then I actually visualize that thing happening, and I piece together in my head what would happen step-by-step, I visualize it, and I create the visualization so much in my own head that the stress is worked out mentally.
This exercise is a mini workout for my brain and it also acknowledges some challenges that I may have to face.
