Opening with a bang, "Oddity" Dani is alone herself in a rustic, old stone home isolated from the outside world. One night, there's a loud knock on the door. When she opens the spyhole, a man with a ferocious scowl stares through. One of his eyes is glass. He urgently informs her that she is in grave danger since he witnessed someone entering the residence. Dani is reluctant to believe this frightening-looking man since she is instinctively wary of him. It might be a trap. But there were creaking sounds upstairs, she noticed. Perhaps he is correct? Is she really ready to go outside with this stranger, though? Then, unexpectedly, the movie fast-forwards a year, leaving us hanging. That night, Dani was killed, and nobody knows exactly what happened.
