It’s important we all have a retrospective of our last year. it’s a chance to review what went well and what didn’t go so well.
Take the time to look back over the year so that you can get ready to create a plan for the new year with goals and targets that will move you towards your vision.
Did you start 2019 with goals objectives and targets?
