The Long Walk is one of the better ensemble castings this year, with deep rooted character development amongst a group of mostly charming young men who have felt the need to make the ultimate sacrifice. It fits right in line with how King’s tales delicately handle camaraderie in dystopian dramas where people are subjected to horrific outcomes while striving for new hope.
