It's amazing to see how well-suited actor Glen Powell is to everyone in Twisters, and this time is no exception on Afdah Movie. Although Powell's Glenergy, his mocking smile, his ability to turn an enemy into a lover, and the delivery of another character with infectious charisma are all present in the movie, but Daisy Edgar-Jones, who is amazing in this role, is what really pulls the whole thing together. The actress is expertly used by director Lee Isaac Chung to depict this bizarre tale of hurricanes, tornadoes, and adrenaline. And whereas Powell's coworker in Normal People, the actor Paul Mescal, was thrown into the spotlight and started landing roles in Hollywood, Jones's career progressed more slowly.
