In this episode, I rant about a policy memo that was drafted to argue against allowing people the right to cultivate cannabis for personal use. This policy memo was supported by Columbia Care, Cresco, Curaleaf, GTI, Pharmacann, and others. Ultimately, the memo was sent to Governor Cuomo in New York. This memo was drafted while New York was considering whether or not to legalize cannabis for adult use.
